"Disposable" camera, Budapest & Vienna

I am going to be honest, this has been a bit of a rough week. I've been moving around a lot lately, have had a bit of a designer's block and the weather has finally turned to winter in Europe. I really hate to be the asshole who complains about being on vacation, but this week I was really in a bit of a funk.

Something that has been really great the last few weeks is sharing "disposable cameras" with Steve. I've never used Hipstamatic before but he introduced me to their disposable camera app.You essentially share a roll of film and both get to view the photos, but only once the entire roll of 24 frames is used up. Despite the somewhat cheesy vintage effects, it's been a great tool to share our day to day lives and travels with each other.

As Steve and I continue sharing cameras, I would love to extend this little project and to share cameras with other friends, loved ones, fellow travellers or anyone wanting to see the world through another's eyes. So, if you're interested, download the app and be in touch!

  1. What an AWESOME app! Once again, having this work Blackberry has hampered me from being cooler.
